How to Complete Your Registration

Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your registration is successful:

Choose whether you are registering for the Conference, the Awards Dinner, or both.
Apply Discount Code
Enter your discount code (if applicable) and click Order Now.
Provide Required Information
1. Complete all requested fields.
2. Members: Enter your membership number.
3. Non-members: Provide a valid LinkedIn profile link or email us a copy of your government-issued ID at ieweek@energyinst.org

Assign Tickets
1. If registering for yourself, assign a ticket to your name.
2. If purchasing multiple products, add user details for each ticket using a different email address from the one used for the first product purchased. You cannot use the same email address twice.
3. For multiple registrations, ensure each attendee must have a unique email address.
Add Purchase Order (PO)
Include your PO number before completing your registration.
Payment & Verification Instructions
1. If you have a discount code and the total is £0, select Credit Card at checkout to complete the process.
2. Approval for the event will not be granted until payment is received and verification is complete.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of attendance by the ticket purchaser, a refund, less 30% administration charge of the total monies due + VAT, will be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing before January 5^th, 2026, any refund requests made after this date will not be granted. Any refunds granted, will be processed after the event.
